Gift Card Giveaway Rules

Sponsor Identity and Contact Information
This giveaway is sponsored by the Consultant Team for the Bay Fair Community-Based Transportation Plan (CBTP), led by Good City Company, 601 Allerton Street, Suite 110, Redwood City, CA 94063.

Entry Period
The giveaway begins on June 30, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM on September 15, 2025, when the Bay Fair CBTP survey period closes.

Eligibility Requirements
All individuals are eligible to enter the gift card giveaway regardless of age or residency, except for employees of public agencies involved in the Bay Fair CBTP and members of the consultant team, as well as their immediate family members or household members.

Methods of Entry
To enter, participants must complete the free online entry form located at the end of the Bay Fair CBTP survey. No purchase or payment is required to enter. Only one entry per email address is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway closes. Selected participants will be notified via email and provided with the digital gift card.

Prize Description and Value
Three winners will receive a $25 VISA Gift Card. The card is subject to standard terms and conditions set by the card issuer. No substitution, exchange, or cash equivalent will be provided.

Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received but are estimated to be less than 1%.

Limitation of Liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) incorrect or inaccurate information provided by participants; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to hardware or software malfunctions; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process; or (iv) lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or the receipt or use of any prize.

Publicity Rights
The Sponsor will not publicize the names, likenesses, or other personal information of the winner(s). No promotional use of winner identity will occur, and no consent for publicity will be requested.
